Teen Therapy

A Space That’s Actually About You

Being a teen comes with a lot—school expectations, relationships, family dynamics, future decisions, and pressure to “have it together.” Even when things look fine on the outside, it can feel overwhelming on the inside.

Therapy gives you a space to slow down, talk things through, and figure out what you need without being judged, lectured, or told how you “should” feel.

What You Can Talk About Here

Anxiety and Overthinking

If your mind doesn’t slow down, you’re constantly worrying, or you feel on edge more than you’d like, this is a space to talk about it. Together, we’ll work on ways to manage stress, calm racing thoughts, and feel more in control.

Grief & Loss

Loss can show up in many ways, not just after someone dies. If you’re dealing with changes, endings, or missing someone or something, this is a space to talk openly and figure out how to move forward while honoring what you’ve felt.

Relationships & Communication

Friendships, dating, and family relationships can be complicated. Therapy can help you talk through conflict, set boundaries, and communicate more clearly without feeling guilty or misunderstood.

Trauma and Past Experiences

Sometimes things you’ve been through still affect how you feel, think, or react even if you don’t talk about them much. Therapy can help you process those experiences safely and at your own pace, without pressure.

Life Transitions

Big changes can feel exciting, overwhelming, or confusing all at once. Whether it’s school, relationships, family shifts, or figuring out your next steps, therapy can help you feel more grounded during transitions.

Self- Esteem & Confidence

If you struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or feeling unsure of yourself, this is a space to work on confidence and boundaries. We’ll focus on helping you trust yourself and your voice more.

What Sessions Are Like

This isn’t about being talked at or analyzed.

Sessions are conversational, supportive, and focused on what matters to you.

Depending on your needs, we may:

  • Talk things through in a real, honest way

  • Learn tools to manage stress, anxiety, or big emotions

  • Practice setting boundaries and communicating more confidently

  • Notice patterns in thoughts or reactions and work through them

  • Use mindfulness techniques to help you feel more grounded

About Privacy & Independence

This space is yours.

Sessions are private and confidential, and your thoughts and feelings are respected. The goal is to support your independence, self-awareness, and emotional growth—while still making safety the priority.

If you ever have questions about privacy or what therapy involves, we talk about that openly.
